DIRECTIONS OF USE
Add water and 1 sachet of Nupo in a shaker. See amount of water on each sachet. Shake thoroughly. Drink cold when consuming shakes. Heat up, either in a microwave or in a pot, when consuming soups or meals. Mix and match all 6 servings per day. It is important to follow the instructions for use.
